HOW TO PREPARE:

Add one teaspoon, approximately 2 grams, of ReumaTea to one cup containing 8 fluid ounces or 250 milliliters of hot water. Allow the tea to steep for 5–8 minutes. Strain before drinking and enjoy hot or cold. Follow the package directions and do not exceed the recommended serving.
